The latest Fantastic opportunity is to invest in the phase one of the Construction of our state of the art 'Bodega', where production of the Los Pandos wines will take place. The Los Pandos vineyard covers 80 hectares of the estate's land, with more than 180,000 vines in production. At the moment the vines that are produced on site are transported elsewhere for production and while this returns a healthy profit for the owners, with the proposed new construction of an onsite Bodega, wine production can return to this famous region of Spain and increase profitability of the Los Pandos brand. We have now launched phase one of our Bodega Construction opportunity in order to raise ?1,500,000 of capital for further development of the project. The money raised will be used for the re-generation and updating of the vineyard to increase production, restoration and transformation of existing buildings. It will be used for essential licensing work and will help fund the real estate construction program and our global marketing campaign to promote the new generation of Los Pandos wines. The bodega is due to begin construction during 2011. Once the winery (bodega) is fully operational, they will produce 300,000 bottles of high quality wine per year. Not only does this give fixed returns of between 30% and 39% depending on sum invested, but it also has a fixed three year term offering a clear and concise exit strategy. We began to offer opportunities in 2008 with the launch of our Founding Vineyard offer. Oversubscribed, this simple, yet effective philosophy reached its target by February 2010. We believe that our vineyard offers were unique in the marketplace which was directly reflected in the excellent response from our investors. The structure of the offer was based on the feedback that we received from our own existing client base and from this we were able to offer an opportunity that gave a low entry level, with substantial fixed returns, that had a defined fixed term and a clear and concise exit strategy. The success of our previous Vineyard syndicates encouraged us to offer Investors a last chance to avail of such a fantastic structure and we expect interest to be high over the coming months.
