The turned the offer down for self-evident reasons and for the not totally obvious ones. The idea came to him ... a network that would connect people who like to write and the companies who need writers. His plan's to go major destination by city until and finally, country by country. While he admits the $4.95 initial application will turn some off from signing up, James feels that it'll weed out the really interested writers from the lookers which will help maintain the quality of the network. He used craigslist as an example when a network of this type is free and open. You end up with a website that ends up looking very similar to a spam email box.
