If I am going to make any multi level marketing organization successful, then it starts with me. And with the wise words of Jim Rohn. Mr. Rohn has four easy steps you should take to success. His first action is to be a gatherer of great suggestions. Keeping a journal can help you bag a hot idea and not just place it to your memory but instead write down it. You know later on you can hand over that chronicle full of thoughts to your children or your grand children. What a great approach! Collecting thoughts and journaling them can make for great reading as the years pass by and they can lend insight from your past to your future. Jim'ssecond step to success is to have great, solid plans. Why? A diagram for the day helps you establish a foundation for the next day and for the week and for the month and for the year. A diagram for the future, a plan for your diet, a plan for your relationship, a plan for your kids and for your family helps to define where you are, where you are going and how you will get there. Carpenters have plans. How can you build a building or a house without a plan? If the construction worker just began laying bricks, where will it end? How will it end? Making good, solid plans lends itself to time management. Don't start your day, your life, your future without a plan. If you get into the habit of planning each day the minute you wake up, eventually it will become a piece of of your life and soon planning your life will become second nature. Plan your week, plan your year. Sit down with your partner or your family and structure that plan. Now apply planning to your enterprise. Plan it. Get a calendar and write your daily plan and write your family in on that plan so that they know they are part of your overall plan in life. Mr. Rohn's thirdly step to success is time. Learning to deal with the time it takes to build a career, to make changes, to get your projects going will teach you patience. Giving people time to learn, to grow, to develop, to become an expert at something new will teach them patience. Most importantly learn to give yourself time. Don't be impatient. Impatience causes mistakes. Mistakes cost you time and money. Take the time to ace what's at hand. Take the time to achieve. The final step to paradise is learning to decide challenges. Problems in your downline, your relationship, your money matters, your personal challenges, your emotions can all be challenging. But instead of seeing all these things as challenges, as stumbling blocks, learn to treat them as challenges, then it provides you the opportunity for change and for growth. As long as you are willing to change and grow then everything will change for you and with you. Let's recap: great ideas, good lists, time, deal with challenges. Ok, you got it. Now go out there and apply the four steps to victory not only to your multi level marketing organization, but to your life in general.
